You MUST include a printed copy of your order in the box, if no order copy is in the box the part will be returned to you and your refund denied.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.
Shipping is non refundable on all orders - NO EXCEPTIONS
Parts must be resealed and returned in OEM Nissan packaging. ALL OEM part number labels must be intact. -Please do not cover over OEM part labels with shipping labels or tape. Your return will be denied if this happens.
We will not take back used parts, tried parts or installed parts. If there are signs the part is not 100% new in packaging the return will be denied and your order returned to you.
We will not take back electrical parts under ANY circumstance. They are NON-RETURNABLE parts.
We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that show signs of installation, use, or that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
Return requests need to be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns must arrive within 30 days of return approval or returns will be denied and your order returned to you.
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession. At that time you will need to contact us about processing a return upon receipt of your order.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
